1. La Maruca, c/ Velazquez (Typical Spanish)

2. Chez Madrid, Neptuno (French/Spanish Fusion)

4. Amazonico, c/ Jorge Juan (Latin Fusion)

5. Ultramarinos Quintin, c/ Jorge Juan

6. Visit Mercado de San Miguel and get some tapas.

Here are our favorite things to do: 

1. The Walk (Walk the heart of the city: this is the walk we do to show our friends the city, without taking any transportation, 4 hours): 

   1. Begin in El Retiro

   2. Walk Down to Cibeles, through Puerta de Alcala.

   3. Up Gran Via until you get to Callao. 

   4. From Callao, go down to Puerta del Sol. 

   5. From Puerta del Sol, head to Plaza Mayor (there will be an incredible Christmas Market)

   6. Make a stop at San Miguel Market, eat something, you are probably tired. 

   7. Head to Catedral de La Almudena and Palacio Real. 

   8. From there, your choice, go to Templo de Debod, or Plaza de Ezzzzpaña.

2. Can't miss EL PRADO.

3. Fan of Picasso? See Guernica at Reina Sofia.

4. Fan of soccer, visit Bernabeu Stadium and see all of the trophies from the best team in the world... There won't be any games during this time of the year, though.

5. Visit the Madrid Nightlife. Kapital is the biggest and with 7 floors of different styles of music, there will be something for you.
